Senior Application Developer – Information Technology Specialist I in our IT Division. Provide enterprise-wide application development support in the assessment, design, and development of the most complex system reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF), throughout each phase of applications that are impacted by the FI$Cal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. Information Technology Specialist I – Information Security Analyst in our IT Division. Independently and as part of a team perform in-depth security reviews on new FI$Cal system components, identifying risks and providing recommendations to management for mitigation. Responsible for administering the Information Security & Privacy Awareness Training Program in alignment with FI$Cal’s enterprise security requirements as well as federal and state laws, regulations, standards and industry best practices. Strategic Communications Manager – Staff Services Manager II (managerial) in our External Affairs Office. Supervise and establish direction for strategic communications, marketing, end user events, internal and external messaging, media relations, social media, external/internal website updates, design, and branding. Oversee the preparation of high level communications, including departmental memos, letters to stakeholders, newsletter content, legislative reports, and social media. Prepare the director, chief deputy director, and executive staff for legislative hearings, media interviews, user forums, and other high level internal and external meetings. Scrum Master – Information Technology Specialist I in our Service Center and Portfolio Management Division. Function as a scrum master to multiple complex projects within the Product Delivery Office (PDO). PDO is a customer-focused service organization that serves as the navigator for FI$Cal. Throughout the project lifecycle, PDO provides our customers/partners with the project-management processes, tools, techniques, and support needed to complete project work efforts aligned to the strategic vision and objectives of FI$Cal. PDO oversees the project management, project governance, change control, testing, and quality functions while working closely with FI$Cal Divisions as well as the project oversight entities.
