More ideas to improve end user experience were generated at the second Imagine FI$Cal event, held November 14 in Los Angeles. Some 25 users joined the hands-on design thinking workshop to propose ways we can improve the FI$Cal system, training and customer service.
Over the past several months the Department of FISCal (FI$Cal) has worked to implement several concepts that came out of the first Imagine FI$Cal – a three-day event – held last April in Sacramento. FI$Cal staff will be meeting over the next days and weeks to further develop and implement concepts generated from the Southern California event, as well.
We appreciate the participation of our end users who came together during both of our Imagine FI$Cal events to help make the system better for all users.
