The Customer Impact Committee (CIC) serves as a formal mechanism for agencies/state entities to provide input to the Department of FISCal (FI$Cal) executive team that helps shape FI$Cal system enhancements, services and training.
The role of the CIC is ongoing; meetings are held bi-monthly.
