Each month, the Business Operation and Solutions Division at the Department of FISCal (FI$Cal) hosts an episode of FI$CalTv, a half hour program streamed via Microsoft Teams that includes news, special announcements and helpful details on issues relating to the FI$Cal system. FI$Cal end users can tune in for helpful information and can submit questions during the broadcast.
FI$CalTv is hosted by Relations Coordinator, Jim Caselli and produced by Client Relationship and Communications Section Chief Ashley Lucas. Says Lucas, “The value of FI$CalTv is that it’s another touchpoint to engage in real-time. We’re able to provide assistance on the most pressing changes and updates that end users need to know.”
Already, the FI$CalTv team has produced nine episodes this year, ranging from interviews with FI$Cal leadership, to deep dive demonstrations on enhancements and reports in the FI$Cal system. “For each episode of FI$CalTv, we’re always trying to dig deep to connect our end users with valuable, up-to-date information that will help them navigate the system.” Says Lucas.
