Application Support Specialist – Information Technology Specialist I to serve as a technical expert to analyze, design, develop, implement, document, debug, and support the customizations for the Financial Application Services Section within Information Technology Division. The ITS I works independently, providing enterprise-wide application development support of the system reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) and application security configuration within the FI$Cal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. Software Platform Services Manager – Information Technology Manager I to take full management responsibility for organizing, planning, and directing all activities associated with the FI$Cal SPS Unit. This unit is responsible for the design, installation and configuration, patching and upgrades, monitoring and optimizing, backup and recovery, and operations of all system software, middleware and databases including PeopleSoft, Hyperion, Primavera, Oracle Business Intelligence, Oracle Fusion Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Oracle WebLogic, all Oracle and Essbase instances and databases, and all monitoring and development tools that support the FI$Cal solution. The incumbent will provide technical support for the FI$Cal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and will be responsible for the system and environmental stability/availability of the production and non-production environments. Project Manager/Change Control Lead – Information Technology Specialist I to work as a project manager and change control lead responsible for managing all processes and desk reference manuals for change control as well as other areas of the Enterprise Governance Section. The ITS I leads a wide variety of complex technical and analytical tasks relative to project risk management, issue management, scope management, change control, requirements, and configuration management. Deputy Director, Business Operation and Solutions Division – CEA. Fulfill substantial leadership responsibilities by directing the work of the Functional Services Office and On-Site Support Office. Chief Counsel – CEA. Serve as the principal legal adviser to the Department of Financial Information Systems for California (FISCal) and the director. Provide general direction to the department’s attorney; provide advice, counsel and specialized legal services to the department on the most complex legal issues related to Information Technology (IT) contracts, conflicts of interest, human resources, regulations and policies. This position oversees procurements, negotiation of contracts, handles confidential personnel matters, drafts department policies and works with the legislative office.
