Information Technology Specialist II – Responsible for independently performing information technology and business functions to assist the Workforce Development Center’s (WDC) efforts to support the 160+ departments required to transact in the FI$CaI system, and to onboard the remaining deferred and exempt departments. As part of Client Support Services, the ITS II supports the entire WDC by providing business support, technology support, data analysis and reporting. The ITS II has knowledge and skill in working with Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). The ITS II has working level knowledge of one or more business functional areas (e.g. accounting, budgeting, procurement, etc.). In addition, the ITS II has knowledge and experience in the various practices commonly used to provide business and technology support. Final filing date: 9/4/2020.
