As an enterprise application integration analyst, your role will involve analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and supporting complex interfaces and production batch operations within our Enterprise Integration Services Section. You will provide enterprise-wide data integration support for system interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and production batch operations within the FI$Cal financial application. You’ll continuously resolve operational needs, ensuring our application aligns with business objectives and incorporates the latest technology trends and industry best practices. Additionally, you’ll lead efforts documenting emerging system functions, processes, and data within the FI$Cal financial application. You’ll also play a key role in developing and supporting the information technology infrastructure library and the information technology service management processes. While your primary focus will be in the software engineering domain, you may also contribute to other domains as required.

The information technology associate (ITA) is responsible for independently handling a range of information technology and business tasks to support over 150 departments using the FI$Cal system. This position helps ensure the system runs smoothly, providing both production and system support. As a subject matter expert, the ITA brings practical knowledge in areas like accounts receivables, billing, asset management/lease management, labor distribution, and purchasing. Your daily tasks will involve analyzing system incidents, providing support to end-users, and ensuring timely resolution of reported tickets. While your primary focus will be in business technology management, you may also have opportunities to work in other domains, as needed.
