The Department of FISCal (FI$Cal) continually makes updates and enhancements to the system based on feedback from our end users. Our goal is to improve usability while maintaining the highest level of security for the state’s data.
FI$Cal released the following enhancements in January (descriptions include ServiceNow case numbers):
Accounts Payable
Request: CS0393776
Requested to update FI$Cal outstanding query (RPTAP140) (ZZ_OUTSTANDING_VOUCHER) to include the username and userID into the query results.
Enhancement/Solution
Modifed the query code to include Username and User ID fields to the query results along with other existing fields.
General Ledgers
Request: CS0413312
Removed “Report 7” from the “Report 7 – Subsidiaries on File” title of RPTGL355 and RPTGL354 (Uniform Codes Manual and chart of accounts versions).
Enhancement/Solution
Modified below BIP Report template files 1. ZZ_GL_SUBFCC_1 2. ZZ_GL_SUBFCT_1.
